This conference is the first action aimed at launching the "Open Digital Space for the Mediterranean" project submitted within the framework of The Union for the Mediterranean (UPM). The purpose of this conference is to exchange on questions related to this ambitious project, and to initiate new partnerships.

EUMEDCONNECT2 will also have exposure at this important event via a presentation by JUNET respresentative Yousef Torman.
